Scott in pole position
WITH just three rounds of the Fenland Clarion’s popular Bluebell 10 Mile Series remaining, novice Tom Scott is three points ahead of thirteen year old Jordan Wilson.
Just a few points behind in equal third position is fourteen year old Simon Jacklin, last season’s Best First Year Rider and Wilson’s uncle Simon Pitchford, six points behind.
Last week’s event saw Phil Gee win on handicap with a personal best 27.34, while actual fastest was Martin Jones with a 23.04, despite a broken saddle.
Mike Shattock continued his run of good form with another personal best performance of 24.14 on a tough, breezy evening on the Helpston Circuit.
